I was new to Malta, having moved my two daughters and canine children to the island mid-2023. As a single parent, purchasing a 2B family home, albeit within a stretched budget given how heated the real estate market is in 2023, was top on my priority list. I met many realtors, both from registered and regulated entities (eg Frank Salt, Re-Max) and from sole-traders/brokers (eg Sensara.)
