Setting a standard amongst REAL ESTATE Company’s in Malta by implementing  ‘Succeed’, a Real Estate Agent mentoring programme.

Over the next eight weeks twenty one RE/MAX Sales Associates will participate in a RE/MAX designed Agent Mentoring programme named ‘Succeed’ at the Victoria Hotel in Sliema. 

Created by RE/MAX and developed for the local market, Succeed is a workshop based programme whereby RE/MAX Associates will be taught new skills that will immediately impact their daily business life by assisting them to be more productive and professional.  The company will be implementing this mentoring programme as a standard across their network of offices and associates. 

Attending the launch in Malta, Jeffrey Buttigieg, Regional Director said “RE/MAX will continue to set standards in Real Estate Education. We plan on providing this programme every twelve weeks with a four week gap, so all our associates, new and old, will become compliant” 
Prior to starting the programme, every associate goes through a two week initiation process whereby they are provided a comprehensive breakdown of real estate regulations according to the authorities, they are also given the code of ethics of the Federation of Estate Agents and RE/MAX’s own code of ethics and depending on experience associates are subject to accompanied visits to various properties.

Succeed contains 8 modules starting from Building a Personal Business plan and planning their real estate future to dealing with buyers and sellers and learning Marketing techniques to promote themselves as a professional real estate agent.  Each three hour session involves a review of a previous module and mandatory assignments, delivery of a new module and then a preview of the next session and the assignments that are attached to the module delivered that week. 

Mr. Buttigieg added, “The fact that assignments are done as part of their daily tasks, the associates immediately realise that what they are doing is benefiting them and therefore the interest in Succeed increases every week”.

The programme is delivered by the directors and managers of RE/MAX Malta who took an extensive period of time to ensure that each module is tailored for the local market.

Once an associate has successfully passed all assignments and qualified themselves in  ‘Succeed ‘ they are provided a gold plated lapel pin and a certificate of acknowledgement for their success in the programme.  Moreover, their success is identified in their personal profile of the RE/MAX Malta website where they will have the Succeed certified logo displayed.

The first delivery of Succeed will be finalised by Mid December.
