First ‘Succeed’ Participants become certified.  RE/MAX to continue to Invest in education!

Recently at the Victoria Hotel in Sliema, RE/MAX Malta held a presentation of certificates for the first participants that successfully completed the RE/MAX designed mentoring programme, Succeed.  Succeed is an eight week training and mentoring programme which is being implemented as mandatory course for RE/MAX Malta associates.  ‘Whilst being a regeneration tool for experienced associates, Succeed is also a launching pad for anyone who wants to be successful in the real estate industry”, explained Jeffrey Buttigieg, Regional Director of RE/MAX Malta.

Colin Micallef, Elda Cela, Jason Lauri, Mario Fenech, Kevin Cauchi, Bjorn Zammt, Adrian Falzon as well as Jonathan Grixti received certificates, lapel pins as well as Succeed Cerified logo that will be included on their website profiles for their achievement.

On the same day of awarding the certificates, the second instalment of Succeed commenced where seventeen RE/MAX sales associates and twelve RE/MAX letting associates are participating for the next eight weeks. This course along with a pre-induction course will run continuously on an on-going basis therefore creating continuity for the new associates that join the company. ‘Succeed was developed by the best in the business, to build real estate associates in to real professionals’.  ‘We are fully committed and will continue to invest in education which is part of our foundation for success’ concluded Mr. Buttigieg.
