Successful RE/MAX Succeed Training
Eleven RE/MAX associates recently completed an eight week agent mentoring programme entitled Succeed. The course which was the third of its kind this year was held at the Westin Dragonara Hotel Resort in St. Julians.
The Succeed course covers all the fundamentals of building a real estate career in Malta as well as provides the necessary mentoring for experienced associates to become more productive. Jeffrey Buttigieg, Regional Director stated “the Succeed Course has been a major success and is definitely our benchmark for standards across the Malta network. Associates are given the knowledge to become businessmen or woman in their own right and we are already reaping benefits in sales and improved customer service.”
Throughout the programme the associates are provided weekly assignments that are designed to stimulate their career or in the case of experienced associates increase business acumen. Positive results from the assignments offer encouragement to the associate to apply new techniques in their daily routine. “The course is designed to provide our associates with a methodology on how to deal with all aspects of a real estate transaction professionally” explained Mr. Buttigieg.
The participants that completed the course included, Nikki Griscti, Warren Alcock, Kerstin Camenzuli, Peter Sullivan, Martin Zammit, Chris Carabott, Dirk Debono, Mark Micallef, Phillip Micallef, Frank Borg and Mark Sapienza. Following the successful completition of the course all participants were provided with certificates, a lapel pin with the Succeed Logo as well as recognition on their personal profile on the RE/MAX Malta website.
