SkyParks Business Centre

The SkyParks Business Centre is a state of the art corporate business centre that will boast of over eleven thousand square metres of modern office space on six floors with another 4700 square metres of parking as well as 2, 200 square metes of food and beverage services.  Office spaces will be that of mainly open-plan layouts and each floor will be constructed up to shell form leaving the design and finishing to the new tenant.

For instance, the mechanical and electrical services/systems are being designed to attain a high level of energy conservation and to limit wastage to the bare minimum, allowing the operations management to keep within the bench marks established by recognised bodies. Moreover, the plant operation is further optimised by the facilities which will be provided to regulate temperatures and control on/off sequences through simplified end-user controls and the Building Management System.  Water circulation will also be carefully controlled to reduce wastage, and the air conditioning plant will use efficient VRF/VRV technology.

The SkyParks Business Centre helps to secure your company. Through an Integrated Building Management System, our security staff will have strict access control to the centre. Additionally, CCTV throughout the building and its surroundings will be installed for the safety of our tenants and their clients alike.

High standard of building design
The SkyParks Business Centre is state-of the-art, both in its building envelope and its mechanical and electrical services. The building's automatic standby diesel generator will be provided to minimise business downtime in the event of a power outage and, through the use of direct/indirect light fittings, the highest level of comfort against glare will also be ensured in line with EU & International standards.
