7th October 2005 - “60 MINUTES WITH RE/MAX” A SUCCESS - More Training for RE/MAX Associates

RE/MAX Malta has a reputation of being a very professional outfit on the Islands of Malta & Gozo. Some people might say that they do their business in style. Recently at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St. Julian’s, RE/MAX Malta invited clients and Real Estate Agents from Malta & Gozo for a taste of what RE/MAX is really about in what they themed “60 minutes with RE/MAX”. A packed audience filled the room to hear the main speaker of the evening, Mr. Jim Van Horn, a Real Estate Trainer and former Regional Director for RE/MAX. Mr. Van Horn introduced to the audience what the main benefits are for Associates working with RE/MAX and why Clients are bound to receive a higher level of service from a RE/MAX Associate. He also provided the listeners with an overview of the Career Development Model, a RE/MAX Real Estate training course that was conducted to the RE/MAX Associates from Malta & Gozo over the 4 day period that he was in Malta. Commenting on the event, Mr Van Horn said “I am delighted to know that so many people are interested in the RE/MAX system in Malta” “This turnout gives us great encouragement and just shows us that Clients & Associates alike need a more professional Real Estate Company in Malta & Gozo.” Mr. Joseph P. Theuma, General Manager of RE/MAX Malta added “At Re/Max we are dedicated to providing training so our Associates can not only be successful but also achieve higher professional skills”. The evening ended with a cocktail reception.

RE/MAX Malta plans on implementing further training courses such as ‘Succeed’, an 8 week course which is facilitated in the office. ‘Succeed’ provides agents with assignments that help them chart a path to building a successful career through their everyday dealings with clients.

It’s RE/MAX Malta’s intention to provide training for every RE/MAX Associate in Malta & Gozo.
