RE/MAX AMONG THE “TOP TEN” IN 2005 ENTREPRENEUR FRANCHISE 500®

(Greenwood Village, Colo., Dec. 17, 2004) – The 26th Annual Franchise 500®  survey of Entrepreneur magazine (January 2005) names global real estate franchisor, RE/MAX International as No. 10 among all franchises – a nine position climb from the No. 19 slot last year.

The report places RE/MAX as No. 1 in the real estate franchise category – a position it has captured five of the last six years. Again this year, RE/MAX ranked as the top real estate franchise in the “Low-Cost Franchises” category and as No. 4 compared to all franchises.

Top positions in the survey this year again are Subway at No. 1 and Curves Fitness Centers at No. 2. Among the Top 10, RE/MAX had the most dramatic rise in rankings.
